With more than 15 years of experience teaching belly dance, Alina Babayan is a professional oriental dance artist, instructor and choreographer of Armenian origin based in Spain. After training with internationally renowned teachers, dancing in different oriental dance companies and other folk companies and teaching in various dance centers and schools, in 2014 Alina founded her own dance school in Barcelona.
In 2016 Alina Babayan created the brand “Orientalísimo” with which she has been organizing the International Belly Dance Festival ”Orientalísimo Weekend” in Barcelona since 2017, bringing together belly dance students, renowned artists and master teachers from all over the world and directing the online belly dance school “Orientalísimo Academy” since 2020.
