ACCESS TO THE FINAL THROUGH SCHOLARSHIP FROM SELECTIONS

According to the regulations, for Italy only the winners of scholarships won in the many selection stages will be able to participate. For participants from other nations through scholarships or directly via written request sent to info@worldancecompetition.it

ACCESS TO THE FINAL WITH VIDEO ENTRY

This type of selection will be opened only if there are places available, giving the opportunity firstly to all schools already in possession of a scholarship, who want to broaden their participation to other students, and then to other schools.

The cost of video entry:

solo choreography, 30 euros
step by step 40 euros
small or large group 60 euros.

It does not include registration for the final phase in case of qualification. The video will be examined by the Technical Commission.

It will be necessary to upload the video of the choreography to the YouTube platform and send the link or send it in MP4 format via email to segreteria@worldancecompetition.it

Participation in the Italian selections is open to members of AICS and other Promotional Bodies and Federations, aged 6 and over who are in possession of a medical certificate of sporting fitness suitable for the event.

Fantasy Rules

In the FANTASY or CHOREOGRAPHIC DANCE discipline, Acrobatic and Gymnastic Elements are allowed where a part of the body always remains in contact with the floor without any phase of
flight.

The inclusion of Acrobatic and Gymnastic Elements is optional and will not influence the Judgment expressed by the Judges.

The choreography can be composed of any existing dance genre or imaginary movements.

Through his choreography the dancer must represent a story with a beginning and an end.

The stage costume must always be appropriate to the chosen theme.

Small sets are permitted which must be transported and brought on stage by the dancer,
it is also possible to use objects

Only for the final, the screening of a video relating to the story is also permitted
will be projected on the Maxi Screen. (Video in MP4)
