RULES
1) Registration
 
Registration takes place by filling in the appropriate form on the Aics On Line platform of the site
The school will be responsible for all registered students, compiling the data on the platform.
Registration must be sent online via the platform found on the dedicated page on the website www.worldancecompetition.it by the deadline dates together with a copy of the deposit payment or the entire fee, a copy of the medical certificate if the registration is made by a private individual or a declaration if a dance school, identity and health card to be delivered upon arrival.
 

2) Payment methods and participation fee
 
The participation fee is 800 euros all inclusive in the superior structure: food, accommodation, lessons, the trip to the center of Cesenatico does not include the train cost around 5 euros and entrance to the Atlantica Cesenatico water park 1 km from where we are staying, cost around 16 children 19 adults.
To confirm the booking, the fee of 150 euros each must be paid, the balance must be paid by May 30th. In case of cancellation, the amount paid as a deposit will not be refunded. After June 15th, no amount paid will be refunded.

The payment, in full or as a deposit and balance including registration, pursuant to Art. 6 – Legislative Decree 6/9/2005 n. 206 can be made by bank transfer to Aics National Directorate. IBAN code is:

Reason: CAMPUS 2025 NAME AND SURNAME participant. or the school if it is a group.
Specify whether deposit or balance.
 
The organizational secretariat will send confirmation of registration to the participant by email.
 
For those who send the deposit the balance must be paid by May 30th

 
3) Personal expenses and personal values
 
The amount to be reserved for personal expenses is subjective and commensurate with each person's needs. The organization is not responsible for the loss, theft or deterioration of things, valuables and personal effects of members brought into the host facilities. The organization cannot assume any custody obligation.
 
4) Travel 
 
Return travel is excluded from the participation fees.
 
5) Hotel accommodation
 
The Acrobatic Academy Village is not a classic hotel but a sports village, rooms for two or multiple people equipped with soap and bubble bath, TV, fridge and air conditioning
 
Full board from dinner on the day of arrival on day 20, including breakfast on day 26
The Academy, located in Viale Colombo 35, was the first, and still is the best known, among the structures making up the Academy Village.
 
The choice of rooms is solely up to the organization.
 
6) Daily program
 
The activities will take place every day in the morning and/or afternoon, including the evening of arrival. On the morning of the day of departure, certificates of participation and any scholarships describing the teachers present will be delivered.
The program may undergo changes for organizational reasons. In case of impediment by a member of the teaching staff, this will be replaced by another professional.
Assistance to students is guaranteed by qualified staff day and night.
 
7) Free time
 
In your free time, moments of leisure will be organized inside and outside the village and on the beach
 
Participants are responsible for any expenses not included in the package.
 
8) Waiver
 
For organizational reasons, in case of cancellation of participation in the Campus, for any reason, the fees paid will not be refunded.
 
9) Brothers and sisters discount
 
Multiple members of the same family will benefit from a €50 discount from the second member who registers. (not if in possession of a scholarship).
 
10) Insurance
 
The member will benefit from accident and sports insurance. (coverage for damage caused by natural disasters and third parties is obviously excluded).
 
11) Damage to structures and third parties.
Registration on the Campus exempts the Aics Danze e Culture Internazionali organization from any type of responsibility for any damage to third parties, things or structures during the practice of dance and during the practice of other activities that will be carried out during the campus period. The member, and in the case of a minor the parent, is aware of the risk. The organization reserves the right to claim compensation for the damage caused if damage occurs to the structures, material and equipment whose causes are attributable without any doubt to the participants.
 
12) Legal actions
 
Any dispute between the parties regarding the stipulation, interpretation, execution, resolution of this agreement will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome
 
13) Documents
 
It is required that each participant has their own identity document, a copy of the medical certificate (competitive for eight years and up and the health card. For minors, the parent can, upon arrival, hand them over to our secretarial staff who will be returned upon departure.
 
14) Responsibility
 
The organization will be liable for damages caused to the participant on campus due to the total or partial failure to fulfill the contractually due services, whether these are carried out directly or by third-party service providers, unless the failure or incorrect execution of this regulation is attributable to the participant or depends on the act of a third party and is unforeseeable, inevitable or due to fortuitous circumstances, force majeure, or circumstances which the organizer himself could not, according to professional diligence, reasonably foresee or solve. All exemptions or limitations of liability, defenses and exceptions that can be invoked by the organizer under this regulation also extend to all subjects who are or are considered to be its collaborators in any capacity. All luggage and/or other personal objects are the responsibility of the owner and the organizer cannot in any case be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of the same. Outside of dance activity hours, the Campus organization staff will be responsible for the participants with the obligation to supervise minors.
 
Recommended clothing:  
 
Light short trousers, jeans, short sleeve t-shirts and tank top, sweatshirt for the evening, sneakers.
 
Stay:
 
towels and bathrobe
 
Sea and/or swimming pool:
 
towel, swimsuit, slippers, sun protection.
 
Importantly, everyone must have their own backpack or sports bag, where they can store a towel, water bottle or bottle and any accessories to carry during training or moments of relaxation.
 
Dance clothing:
 
The same uniforms that are used for lessons at their schools.
 
Classic - bodysuit, skirt, stockings, demi-pointe, tips (for those who already use them), elastic hairpins and hairnets.
 
For all other styles - tank tops, culottes, socks. black colour.
 
We recommend wearing more clothes even if they have the time and opportunity to wash them in the evening.
 
Elastic bands with or without holes or bands, skipping rope.
 
Documents:
 
Each participant must have the original identity card and health card, which must be delivered to the secretariat or the students can keep them if agreed with the parents, the appropriate medical certificate (copy) upon arrival
 
Money and valuables:
 
If possible, do not bring valuables. The organization is not responsible for theft or loss of objects and money. A small sum is enough for purchases when we go to town or to buy ice creams or snacks or drinks at the bar of the structure that hosts us.
 
Mobile phone:
 
Cell phones will be kept absolutely turned off during the day and can be turned on and used during evening breaks, but not during meals and at night.
Cell phones must absolutely be turned off during the night and for this reason they will be guarded by the group leader or person in charge.

Final day of the campus Saturday 26 July
 
At 10.00 am delivery of certificates and scholarships, final greetings, optional lunch €15
 
Arrival: Sunday 20 July, registration for everyone from 4pm to 5pm, at Villaggio Accademia Acrobatica Cesenatico, at Villa Oasi viale Colombo 35
 
The manager will be present for registration, the staff will take care of accompanying the children to the rooms.
 
Please respect these times. If you are unable to arrive by 5pm, please let the secretary know as soon as possible.
 
Around 6.30pm meeting with the teachers 
 
At around 8.00 pm dinner.
